Returning

It can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Below are our return rules:

1. Add a bill to your order and write your name and order number on it.
2. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned as our products are among the perishable goods.
3. If possible, we would like to receive the returned products in their original packaging.
4. For returning the order, the return costs are at your expense.
5. After we receive your return and the requirements are met, we will transfer the purchase amount back to you within 14 days (usually within 2 days).
