Alain Caron, born in Paris, is a purebred gourmet of French origin. He has served as cuisinier in famous starred restaurants, interviewed practically every famous chef on earth, written cooking columns, worked as a culinary photographer, performed as a TV chef and judged on 'MasterChef'. He currently presents the daily TV program 'BinnensteBuiten' and is a judge on 'De Nieuwe Lekkerbek'. He also runs restaurant Café Caron and wine bar Petit Caron in the heart of Amsterdam with his sons and wife.
